This screen is where you name your web page.

Web Page Name
Enter the web page name. It should be a single word containing letters and/or numbers.

Click the 'Select' button to select a web page name by criteria. These include:

  • Select an existing web page. If you're adding images to an existing web page, select this option. For example, your company has hired a new secretary and you need to add her picture to the existing 'employees' photo gallery.

  • Calculate the web page name from the current time (YYYYMMDDHHMMSS), like is done during full automation. This would be a good choice is you're archiving files.

  • Increment the web page name to the next available name. For example, if mywebpage12 already exists, the next available name would be mywebpage13.
Be mindful of the name you select. For example, if your pictures are of a birthday party, a good choice would be birthday2002 instead of just birthday. Think 'when' and 'what' when choosing a name. If you're creating a new web page, be sure that you don't specify a previously used name - that would cause the new images to be added it.

The name that you choose will be used as the directory name, both locally and on the FTP server if you're uploading. For example, for the name mywebpage, the local directory (in the main RoboPhoto directory) would be ..\webpages\mywebpage\ and if uploaded to an FTP server with no sub directory, the URL would be http://www.yourdomain.com/mywebpage.

You can change the default web page name from 'mywebpage' to something different by specifying the MyWebPageWord Misc Option. For example, you may want default web pages like widgets1, widgits2, etc. You can customize the help text by specifying the WebPageNameDescription option.

This is an important button. Before creating a web page, you may want to preview and change it. This button does that. If you've already customized your web page or if you're satisfied with the program's default values, you can ignore it.
